Addiction-Free Pain Management APM Module One

Addiction-Free Pain Management APM Module One $4.50 $2.25

Having presented the Addiction-Free Pain Management (APM) System in trainings to more than 6,000 people throughout the United States, Dr. Grinstead received many requests from clinicians for simple tools to help chronic pain clients identify and manage their pain in a safe, recovery-prone manner. Three modules have been developed that have proven useful and effective.

In Module One, the clients review and analyze a list of common symptoms that people who live with chronic pain experience. They then learn to differentiate between physical (ascending) pain symptoms and the psychological/emotional (descending) pain symptoms.
