The following Terms of Use apply to use of the relapse.org website located at http://www.relapse.org (the "Site"). The Site is the property of Herald Publishing House, a non-profit 501(c)(3) and a public charity 509(a)(3), also doing business as Independence Press. By ordering from the Site, you are indicating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not order from the Site.
Relapse.org reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use each time before using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. You agree that all subsequent purchases by you will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use, which shall apply until we post a modified Terms of Use and then in accordance with such modified Terms of Use.

Relapse.org shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Relapse.org shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Relapse.org shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. | | Notice to International Customers |

Orders for delivery to locations both inside and outside the United States will be processed from this Web site. Alternatively, you may phone in your order by contacting customer service at 1-800-767-8181 or (816) 521-3015.
Catalog prices are listed in U.S. currency. Prices will fluctuate with variations in the currency of your local country and the U.S. exchange rate on the dollar. Special items may involve added cost due to import duty.

United States shipping and handling is based on the total dollar amount of order before taxes:
- 0 - $35.00: $5.00
- $35.01 - $199.99: 15% of the order
- $200 and over: Actual shipping plus $5.00 handling fee
For even faster service on any size order, choose overnight, two-day, or other special shipping arrangements and pay actual shipping charge plus a $5.00 handling fee. Foreign shipping rates vary, please contact Customer Service. Tax
Missouri residents add 7.6% sales tax

Retail orders of $150 or more on books, brochures, and audiotapes will receive a 10% discount. No discount is offered on videotape purchases.

| General Policy – All Returns other than Videos Customer’s Responsibility:
- Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to report items damaged in shipment.
- Contact Customer Service before returning unwanted or overstocked items to obtain permission to return.
Returns:- Accepted up to 12 months from date of invoice, with prior return authorization.
- Must include the following information to ensure proper credit: ISBN, title, invoice number, and invoice date. The purchase order number is also helpful, but not required.
- Must be in like-new condition (for example: no blemishes, stickers or labels, no markings or indentations; no bent edges, pages, or spines; no moisture damage).
- Items returned that are not in like-new condition may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Will accept active titles only; out of print items are not returnable.
- Exceptions to this policy may be made at the publishing house’s discretion and a restocking fee may apply.

If unopened and within thirty days from date of purchase, videotapes may be returned for full credit minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. Defective tapes may be exchanged or returned for full credit within thirty days from date of purchase.

All text, images, graphics, user interfaces, music, videos, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and other content on the Site (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, selection, arrangement, and coordination of such Content on the Site is owned or licensed by or to Relapse.org, and is protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights laws. Indemnification
