- $35.01 - $199.99 : 20% of the order total
- $200 and over : Actual shipping plus $15.00 handling fee

For any order totaling over 150 lbs., an approximate shipping charge will be shown, and you will be contacted to confirm the actual shipping charge.
Missouri residents add 7.725% sales tax.

|General Policy – All Returns other than Videos|
- Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to report items damaged in shipment.
- Contact Customer Service before returning unwanted or overstocked items to obtain permission to return.
- Accepted up to 12 months from date of invoice, with prior return authorization.
- Must include the following information to ensure proper credit: ISBN, title, invoice number, and invoice date. The purchase order number is also helpful, but not required.
- Must be in like-new condition (for example: no blemishes, stickers or labels, no markings or indentations; no bent edges, pages, or spines; no moisture damage).
- Items returned that are not in like-new condition may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Will accept active titles only; out of print items are not returnable.
- Exceptions to this policy may be made at the publishing house’s discretion and a restocking fee may apply.

|If unopened and within thirty days from date of purchase, videotapes may be returned for full credit minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. Defective tapes may be exchanged or returned for full credit within thirty days from date of purchase.|
